Great stuff from everyone this week.  I do have to make special mention of Bruce's work to weather his track - that stuff looks great.

Here we are entering the north end of Rockport tunnel with 2415, the only C424 bought by the Penn Central.  It's leading a coal drag back down the gorge.  I'm working the moss on the rock wall near the tunnel portal.  So far it's been all paint work, but I'm going to try adding some real moss adhered to portions of the painted surfaces.

Wonderful start for the week and great participation too. Everyone has done some great work on their models and the photos. Something about 25 years newer on the Wilderson. I have been working on getting a few models done for Conrail in the early years. I still have 3 left to get running then it will be back to the Pennsylvania Railroad, the "Standard" railroad  Icon_e_biggrin

Leanne Station is one of the busiest locations on the Leetown Division.Situated at the base of the Stoney Creek Hill all steam powered trains stop here to add water and coal before they tackle the incline. It is also home to the helper locomotives which are usually needed to assist heavy trains up the hill.No wonder the local railfans are regulars at this location catching the steady action.

TMo - Those locos look like they are working hard.

Charlie - The early days of Conrail were a railfan's delight. Good to see them captured on your layout.

Deano - Great shot. The lead loco is an interesting creature.

Ed - Nice photo with a great background

This is my trainshow find from Saturday. It is a Broadway Limited Paragon 3 Jersey Central USRA Heavy Mikado.

I was wondering around the show after a disappointing initial run through of finding nothing that I was truly looking for and not pleased with the prices some of the dealers were charging as they were MSRP, I eventually spotted this loco and since CNJ steam is hard to come by and I had not seen any CNJ steam from BLI I decided to take a chance on it. It needs some cleaning but runs well. It does stall on some switches at low speeds. I am sure I will be asking some questions about a few things in the future.
