The all in Athearn Blue Box Switcher upgrades and repairs

1. In this project, we will modernize this Blue Box model by installing a decoder and LED lights using a Digitrax DH126 and two 3mm warm white LEDs.

2. In this project, we installed a decoder in Blue Box SW-7, as shown in the previous video, and now we will add two 3mm warm white LEDs.

Well, the decoder is in and running great and the lights are work and now it pops its gears. let change out these 40yr old gears for a new set of A-line's.
