Thats Bill Kachel's layout. He has a small PDF out there on how to build that catenary.
I was a little upset this year, since the open house days and my free days didn't add match up. I tried to get out there black friday, but it didn't work out in the end.
Clearly, he models right up my Alley! He has to be modeling at least through New York, since he has the PRR stuff on one end, with the Hell Gate Bridge and New Haven electrification on the other side.
Maybe next year.
