It's the one-horse this town is noted for. That means he can ride in style to Starbucks, or the train station, whichever comes first. Howsomever, he had a change of clothes, BUT, that didn't get rid of all the smell. The one-horse wouldn't let him near and he had to..............

actually take a bath in the horse trough before he could mount the stately steed. As he jumped up on the saddle, he didn't even have to say "go", the horse knew that there was only one location he could take our guy to. You guessed it folks, just as if he were a tourist in Chicago, our taxi horse brought him right to a place of fun and good times...

BARSTUCKS!!!

Re: A Big Blue Story - ezdays - 11-09-2011

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!, you dunderhead flea-bitten nag, that's STARBUCKS, not, BARSTUCKS, can't you read?" he yelled. Well, of course, a one-horse horse can't read, nor can they understand English very well. Whoa, giddyup, and go like the wind, are OK, that's about all. As it was, it turns out that our horse is a bit smitten with the cute little coffee barista at Barstucks, and tends to go there whenever he can. Our hero doesn't know this, and yanks on the reigns to get the horse to head towards the only Starbucks in town. Unfortunately, neither one knows where that is and for some forsaken reason, they wind up...

at the police station surrounded by a bunch of trigger happy cops.

Re: A Big Blue Story - ngauger - 11-09-2011

One of the cops says: "Now why in the wide world of sports, would you think that we had coffee (and do-nuts) here at a Police Station"??????

Re: A Big Blue Story - Running Bear - 11-09-2011

Cops, coffee and donuts? HEL-LO! Who's not seeing this picture!

Re: A Big Blue Story - Tyson Rayles - 11-09-2011

However what the cops most wanted to know is did he have a bill of sale for that horse? No? Now our hero sits in a jail cell charged with horse thievery and waits

Re: A Big Blue Story - ezdays - 11-09-2011

Then it dawned on our hero just who he was dealing with when he noticed the sign on the police station door. It was difficult to read, but he could barely make out the word, "Keystone". He looked closer and yes, there it was, "Keystone Kops". He knew right then he'd better get out of here right away, donuts or not, although he didn't have a bill of sale, he didn't steal any horse and didn't belong here. He signaled the one-horse horse, and it started a diversion by running down the street. The Kops quickly followed in their usual manner, only to find...

Re: A Big Blue Story - ezdays - 11-12-2011

...nearsighted and that cute little coffee barista at Barstucks was really a guy... fortunately for the horse, not so good for the barista though since he had no horse sense and besides, he was already engaged to one of the O'Flannery girls. Nope

Picture this, the Keystone Kops chasing after a horse in a old flivver with no top, our hero though found that there was no need for a key to get out of his cell since the lock hadn't worked in 20 years, so he set off looking to find a Starbucks, when we hear a train whistle. We can't see too clearly since it's getting dark out, but is that our hero heading towards the train station? Are the Keystone Kops destined for an encounter with the 6:15? Is this the first time in ten years that it's due on time? Eek Why is the barista chasing our hero? :? Is that O'Flannery himself hiding in that ally with that shotgun? Shoot It's 6:14 as one Kop after the other fall and jump up flinging their arms wildly as they shoot their pistols in the air, Shoot but wait, where's the driver? There's no one in the driver seat, oh dear, :o what will happen now? Icon_lol Stay tuned, we will soon find that...

Re: A Big Blue Story - ezdays - 11-26-2011

... our hero had fallen asleep in a movie theater that was being warmed by the candle that was lighting the projector. Remember, electricity hadn't reached this remote, desolate area yet. The Keystone Kops? well, that was the picture that was showing at the time he fell asleep. Mr. O'Flannery, yes, he was real and yes, he was hiding from him since he did flirt a bit with one or more of the O'Flannery girls.

Our hero woke up with a start. "What parts were dreams and which were reality?", he thought. He would soon find out because...
