He handed our hero a raggedy pouch.. Taking it, our hero felt how heavy it was.

Carefully looking inside, our hero saw the Gold.. Raw Gold...

He looked at Mr. O'Flannery and the fake gun lying on the ground and said "This is real gold...."

Mr. O'Flannery said" Of coursin' it's REAL - I mined it myself! Now git down to the train station and get your carcass to Yuma and get your Barstucks or Starbucks or whatever it's called started up!!!!!

Our Hero thanked him again and again shook his hand and then, ran down to the station, got on the train and headed to Yuma....

Of course - once he arrived in Yuma, he started thinking....

...on stage to show off his new act. Knowing that he hadn't rehearsed, he thought he'd still give it a try. After all, Las Vegas wasn't that far away. There was the usual crowd there, about four or five drunks, two gamblers and a local school teacher, and that made him nervous, this is his chance for the big time. Ta Daaa, the band struck up a chord, and our hero glanced around as he walked on stage. The lights were bright, but standing way in back he could see a figure in the shadows, could it be... yes, it surely looks like....

...jumped out of the hat before he even got a chance to start his act. Well, this made the sparse audience roll on the floor, laughing their heads off at such a side-splitting event. "Humm", thinks our guy, "if it takes three cliches to describe their reaction then perhaps Harry is right, I should give up magic and go into stand-up comedy". Wow, and so our guy gathered up his hat and rat and off he went to the place where dreams are made, he caught the first train heading to...
