Does anyone here use our chat room anymore? Let me go check.......... uh, NO, one post there this year and it didn't belong, a few last year and gee, nobody is really chatting anymore, at least not like the old days. There was a time with our old chat room, that there was a specific time that we got together and just talked about anything. Anyone got any ideas to get things going again? We can do a few things, one is when we make changes to Big Blue, get an improved chat room that might attract some, or we can just do away with it if there's no interest. Packey says that the new software could include a choice of some better chat rooms than what we have now, but we need to know if it's worth his time to implement one....
Anyone got any thoughts on the subject??????

Hi all.
On the Walthers 90' turntable, there is a "no track" area on the diagram. My question is can there be any overlap into this area with say even a few millimetres of the edge of one track, or does it completely have to be outside the shaded area? Thanks for your help.

I'm curious to know when ditch lights started to become implemented. I have a Conrail GP38-2 that'll be modeled after a prototype around 1995-98. The most recent picture I've seen of the prototype is in 1993 without ditch lights. I know there's always an exception to the rule with everything we come across with model trains but I would like to narrow it down. I'm leaning more towards installing them.

I am looking for a copy of the August 2001 Mainline Modeler magazine. If anyone has a copy they wish to part with let me know.
I would also be interested in a scan of an article from the above issue. The article is about building EMD hood sides using Cannon & Company parts.
