Hi all!
First test of the Tsunami sound decoder installation in my Sunset models K-27.
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="https://youtu.be/BnX4Oxg5VFw">https://youtu.be/BnX4Oxg5VFw</a><!-- m -->
I have painted and decalled it, installed headlight, added new power pickups and installed a decoder in it.
The speaker is mounted in the coal load and will be covered by a thin foam with crushed coal on top.
I have a few adjustments to make and do the weathering before it is finished.
I only adjusted the wheel synchronization here.
In the video you can also see my z21 command station and the on screen occupancy indication.

What's the best way to operate an industry that has multiple pickups and setouts per spot in one session? I know of some prototype industries that were switched every 8 hours. Some busier frieght houses were switched almost contiuously. Switch lists would seem to be the way to go, but doing it manually would seem like a lot of work. Are there computer programs that can handle this?

Hi,
Navigating to <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://bigbluetrains.com/">http://bigbluetrains.com/</a><!-- m --> or <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bigbluetrains.com/">http://www.bigbluetrains.com/</a><!-- m --> results in a 404.
Is it possible to have requests for / redirect to /forum ?
Thanks,
Colin

I now have to go through a web browser to look up "Big Blue Railroad Forum" and use it to get to this site, All attempts to come here directly met with a "failure to load page" message.
Are we having problems again? :?

Lee Valley has this neat micro set as a "special buy" while supplies last:

Lots of useful drivers as well as prying tools and tweezers.

Just received in the mail a number of NOS Walthers kits. They've got plastic wheels,which I'll change, and plastic couplings. The recommended Kadee is No 5,which I can get easy enough but what's the difference between No 5's and 148's and are they interchangable? The original store sticker on the boxes is Victors, which was a well known store in Islington, North London. I went in there back in the day and bought Narrow Gauge and Shortline,along with some Joe Works stuff. Small world.
